SUPPLIER PUBLICATIONS. Any marketing materials in relation to this Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement that the Supplier produces must comply in all respects with the Branding Guidance. The Supplier will periodically update and revise such marketing materials. The Supplier shall be responsible for keeping under review the content of any information which appears on the Supplier’s website and which relates to this Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement and ensuring that such information is kept up to date at all times. In this DPS Schedule 12, the following expressions shall have the following meanings:
