SUPPLIER PUBLICATIONS. Any marketing materials in relation to this Panel Agreement that the Supplier produces must comply in all respects with the Branding Guidance. The Supplier will periodically update and revise such marketing materials. The Supplier shall be responsible for keeping under review the content of any information which appears on the Supplier’s website and which relates to this Panel Agreement and ensuring that such information is kept up to date at all times.
