Common use of Supplier must Clause in Contracts

Supplier must. (i) retain and provide such records and reports as may reasonably be required by Port Authority; and (ii) comply with such reasonable directions given by Port Authority, for the purposes of compliance with the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act 2018 (Cth) and any rules or regulations enacted in connection with that Act, and, notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement.
