Common use of SUPPLEMENTARY DRAWINGS Clause in Contracts

SUPPLEMENTARY DRAWINGS. When, in the opinion of the Engineer, it becomes necessary to further explain or illustrate the work to be performed, or to show any changes that may be required, the Engineer will prepare drawings known as Supplementary Drawings and specifications known as Supplementary Specifications. One (1) copy of each of these Supplementary Drawings and these Supplementary Specifications will be furnished to the Contractor. These Supplementary Drawings and Supplementary Specifications shall be binding upon the Contractor and shall have the same force and effect as the Contract Drawings and Specifications.
