Common use of Supplementary Cards Clause in Contracts

Supplementary Cards. The Bank may issue a Supplementary Card(s) at the request of the Primary Cardholder to a party nominated by him/her to immediate family members of the Primary Cardholder at the Bank’s discretion. Both the Cardholder and the Supplementary Cardholder(s) will be jointly and severally liable for the use of the Card and of the Supplementary Card(s) whether their Card Accounts are combined or separate.
