Common use of Supplementary Card Clause in Contracts

Supplementary Card. 3.01 Subject to the Bank approving and issuing a Principal Card to the Principal Cardholder, the Bank may approve and issue a Supplementary Card to any person or persons nominated as Supplementary Cardholder by the Principal Cardholder. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall similarly apply to the issuance and the use of any Supplementary Card.
