Common use of Supplementary Card Clause in Contracts

Supplementary Card. 15.1 SBM may at its discretion and upon written request of the principal cardholder issue a supplementary card to the person nominated in such request. The supplementary cardholder will be supplied with a copy of the conditions of use for the time being in force and the principal cardholder will be bound, and liable for the use of the card by the supplementary cardholder in the same way as if he had used it personally.
