Common use of Supplementary Agreements Clause in Contracts

Supplementary Agreements. 5.1 A separate agreement shall be/has been stipulated between the Parties to define the means of provision and/or the guarantees necessary for the execution of the mandate indicated in article 2 and the movement of securities and cash between the said Parties arising from transactions registered in the System, including the Settlement Agent’s expenses, the refund of any costs, and any other item considered appropriate.

Supplementary Agreements. 5.1 4.1 A separate agreement shall be/has been stipulated entered into between the Parties to define the means of provision and/or the guarantees necessary for performing the execution obligations undertaken vis-à-vis each other and those undertaken by the General Clearing Member with CC&G by virtue of the mandate Transfer Orders, the replacement mechanism indicated in article 2 and at Article 2, the movement management of securities and cash between possible fails of the said Parties arising from transactions registered in Trading Client, the System, including the Settlement AgentGeneral Clearing Member’s expenses, and the refund of any costs, and including any other item aspect considered appropriateappropriate by the said parties.

Supplementary Agreements. 5.1 4.1 A separate agreement shall be/has been stipulated entered into between the Parties to define the means of provision and/or the guarantees necessary for the execution performance of the mandate indicated in article 2 and the movement of securities and cash between the said Parties arising from transactions registered in the SystemService, including the Settlement Agent’s expenses, the refund of any costs, and any other item considered appropriate.
