Supplemental Duty Pay. The CONTRACTOR will provide the services of uniformed, sworn law enforcement personnel for the purpose of providing security and crowd control for athletic and special events sponsored by the AGENCY. The CONTRACTOR will provide the number of officers reasonably necessary as requested by the AGENCY for any such event. The CONTRACTOR will designate an officer in charge at each such event, and such officer in charge will coordinate the services provided with a representative of the AGENCY.

  • Supplemental Compensation Pursuant to Section 7 of the Agreement, Supplemental Compensation will be paid as follows:

  • Final Compensation Final Compensation for an employee, who is employed by the State for the first time and becomes a member of CalPERS prior to January 15, 2011, is based on the highest average monthly pay rate during twelve (12) consecutive months of employment. Final Compensation for an employee, who is employed by the State for the first time and becomes a member of CalPERS on or after January 15, 2011, is based on the highest average monthly pay rate during thirty-six (36) consecutive months of employment.

  • Deferred Earnings The manner in which the deferred salary is held shall be at the discretion of the Hospital. The employee will be made aware, in advance of having to sign any formal agreement, of the manner of holding such deferred salary. Interest which is accumulated during each year of the deferral period shall be paid out to the employee in accordance with Part LXVIII of the Income Tax Regulations, Section 6801.

  • SUPPLEMENTAL PAYMENTS Applicant shall make annual Supplemental Payments in an amount equal to, but not to exceed, the limit of the annual Supplemental Payment as set out Section 6.2 below, starting with the first complete or partial year of the Qualifying Time Period and accruing on January 1 of each year thereafter, and continuing through the third year following the end of the Tax Limitation Period.

  • Additional Benefits/Card Enhancements The Credit Union may from time to time offer additional services to your account, such as travel accident insurance, at no additional cost to you.
