Supplemental Contract. a. All supplemental contracts for extra duties will be made in accordance with the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code (RC 3313.53). Currently employed unit members shall have first consideration for supplemental vacancies. Such consideration shall not be construed to be a guarantee of the position(s). Thereafter applicable provisions of the Ohio Revised Code including but not necessarily limited to RC 3313.53 and RC 3319.303 shall govern the selection process for individuals outside of the bargaining unit.
