Common use of Supplemental Agreement Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Agreement. This Supplemental Agreement is amendatory and supplemental to the Agreement, and is entered into in accordance with Section 7.04 of the Agreement and Article IV of the 1987 Series B Indenture; and except as modified, amended and supplemented by this Supplemental Agreement, the provisions of the Agreement are in all respects ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force and effect. Section 1.02.

Supplemental Agreement. This Supplemental Agreement is amendatory and supplemental to the Agreement, and is entered into in accordance with Section 7.04 of the Agreement and Article IV of the 1987 Series B Original Indenture; and except as modified, amended and supplemented by this Supplemental Agreement, the provisions of the Agreement are in all respects ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force and effect.
