SUPERVISOR’S SCALE OF WAGES. A. Organizing and distributing work shall be considered the work of the supervisor, or the assistant supervisor in the absence of the supervisor, and persons so employed shall be members in good standing of the CEP, Local 2000, and shall receive such compensation above the regular scale of wages as may be mutually agreed upon by the employer and the persons so employed provided that the supervisor shall be paid not less than 12% of the basic rate per hour in addition to the regular scale. In the absence of the supervisor the assistant supervisor shall be paid 12% of the basic rate in addition to the regular scale.

  • Supervisory Employees For the purposes of this Article, the parties agree that Supervisory positions are those that are not excluded under Article 2.0 above and that satisfy the following criteria:

  • Transportation for Employees Transportation will be provided to employees who are required to work other than their normal working hours, and who must travel to or from their home during the hours between 11:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. and when convenient public transportation or other transportation facilities are not available. An employee shall be reimbursed for the cost of commercial transportation within their headquarters area, upon presentation of receipts.

A meeting will be held between the parties within ten (10) days. The Union shall reply within ten (10) days after the meeting, and failing settlement, the matter may be referred to arbitration.

  • Wage Scales 27.1 Upon request, with reasonable notice, the City will provide an accurate amount of the individual employee's accumulated sick leave, holiday and vacation credits.

  • Extra Shifts Where an employee agrees to work or is required by the Employer to work a shift(s) or portion thereof, in excess of the employee’s scheduled work week, the employee will receive pay at the rate of one and one‐half (1½) times the employee’s regular hourly rate for such excess hours worked, with a minimum of three (3) hours at the rate of one and one‐half (1½) times the employee’s regular rate of pay.

  • Employee Safety A. Any employee who is injured or who is involved in an accident during the course of his/her employment, no matter how slight the injury, shall file an accident report with the designated supervisor, as soon as possible after the injury and prior to the conclusion of the employee's work day, whenever possible. While the initial report may be given orally, it must be followed up within 48 hours with a written report on the First Report of Injury form which shall be submitted to the appropriate administrator/supervisor who shall then submit it to the appropriate Human Resources Department.

  • System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number. Grantee will continue to maintain an active XXX registration with current information at all times during which it has an active award under this Agreement.

  • SALARY DETERMINATION FOR EMPLOYEES IN ADULT EDUCATION PCA Article B.3 does not apply in School District No. 34 (Abbotsford).

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.
