SUPERVISION/WORKING CONDITIONS Clause Samples

The SUPERVISION/WORKING CONDITIONS clause defines the expectations and requirements regarding oversight and the environment in which work is performed. It typically outlines who is responsible for supervising the work, the standards or protocols to be followed, and any specific conditions related to safety, equipment, or workplace conduct. For example, it may require that employees be supervised by a qualified manager or that certain safety measures are always in place. This clause ensures that work is carried out under appropriate guidance and safe conditions, thereby reducing risks and clarifying responsibilities for both parties.
