Superseded Agreement. This Agreement supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
Superseded Agreement. As of the Effective Date, each of the Shippers, APL and APL Operating (collectively the “Terminating Parties”) agree that the following agreement shall be terminated and of no further force or effect as to any Person: Omnibus Agreement dated February 2, 2000, as amended Master Gathering Agreement dated February 2, 2000, as amended Natural Gas Gathering Agreement dated January 1, 2002, as amended Each of the Terminating Parties shall indemnify LMM from and against any claim arising from or related to the foregoing terminations, including without limitation any claim that such terminations are in breach of any other agreement or ineffective as to any person or provision of the terminated agreements.
Superseded Agreement. Superseded Agreement. The Product Development Agreement is terminated on the Effective Date of this Agreement by both Parties. This Agreement shall supersede all prior agreements between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof.
Superseded Agreement. This Agreement supersedes and replaces in their entirety provisions related to severance payments due to a change in control, and option acceleration in the event of a change in control, as set forth in the Change of Control Agreement between Executive and the Company dated July 17, 2003.
Superseded Agreement. This Agreement supersedes in its entirety the Employment Agreement between Executive and the Company dated May 1, 1996.
Superseded Agreement. This Agreement supersedes the Employment and Share Purchase Agreement between Grifxxxx xxx Executive dated April 26, 1997 and any amendments thereto (collectively, the "1997 Agreements"), subject, however, to the provisions of Section 2.2 (iii) hereof.
Superseded Agreement. This Agreement supersedes in all respects the Management Agreement between the Employee and the Company dated as December 13, 1999,
Superseded Agreement. As of the Termination Date, this Agreement supersedes and replaces all existing and previous agreements between the parties including the Employment Agreement except as specified herein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties shall fulfill any and all obligations and covenants under previous agreements as required by such agreements until the Termination Date, and shall remain liable with respect to such obligations.
Superseded Agreement. This Agreement supersedes and replaces in its entirety the Join Use Agreement between the Air Force and DELDOT, dated 18 December, 1997, upon its execution by both parties hereto.
