Common use of Superannuation Benefits Clause in Contracts

Superannuation Benefits. Subject to further order of the Commission where an employee who is terminated receives a benefit from a superannuation scheme, he or she shall only receive under subclause 2.4.6 the difference between the severance pay specified in that subclause and the amount of the superannuation benefit he or she receives which is attributable to employer contributions only. If this superannuation benefit is greater than the amount due under subclause 2.4.6 then he or she shall receive no payment under that subclause.

Superannuation Benefits. Subject to further order of the Commission where an employee Employee who is terminated receives a benefit from a superannuation scheme, he or she shall only receive under subclause 2.4.6 Sub-clause 26.2 the difference between the severance pay specified in that subclause sub- clause and the amount of the superannuation benefit he or she receives which is attributable to employer Employer contributions only. If this superannuation benefit is greater than the amount due under subclause 2.4.6 Sub-clause 26.2 then he or she shall receive no payment under that subclauseclause.

If this superannuation benefit is greater than the amount due under subclause 2.4.6 Clause 35(h), then he or she the Employee shall receive no payment under that subclauseclause.

If this superannuation benefit is greater than the amount due under subclause 2.4.6 then he or she shall receive no payment under that subclause.

Superannuation Benefits. 12.7.1 Subject to further order of the Commission where an employee who is terminated receives a benefit from a superannuation scheme, he or she shall will only receive under subclause 2.4.6 12.3, the difference between the severance pay specified in that subclause clause and the amount of the superannuation benefit he or she receives which is attributable to employer Banyan contributions in excess of Superannuation Guarantee Contributions only. If this superannuation benefit is greater than the amount due under subclause 2.4.6 then he or she shall receive no payment under that subclause.

If this superannuation benefit is greater than the amount due under subclause 2.4.6 then he or she shall receive no payment under that subclause.

If this superannuation benefit is greater than the amount due under subclause 2.4.6 then he or she shall receive no payment under that subclause.
