Super FTE Clause Samples

The Super FTE clause defines a category of employee or contractor who is expected to perform at a level significantly above that of a standard full-time equivalent (FTE). This clause typically outlines higher performance standards, increased responsibilities, or broader skill sets required for individuals designated as Super FTEs, and may specify different compensation, reporting, or evaluation criteria. By establishing this distinction, the clause ensures that exceptional contributors are recognized and managed according to their enhanced role, helping organizations allocate resources and set expectations more effectively.
