Sundays & Holidays. Custodial/maintenance/grounds staff required to work Sundays and/or holidays shall be paid at a double time rate.
Sundays & Holidays. For the purposes of this Agreement, any reference to the time period referred to as a Sunday commences at 0730 hours on Sunday and ends at 0730 hours on Monday. The time period referred to as a holiday commences at 0730 hours on the date of the holiday and ends at 0730 hours on the day following the actual holiday.
Sundays & Holidays. Any clerical employee who works on a Sunday or holiday will be paid double time (2 X Hourly Rate) for the time worked on those days.

Sundays & Holidays. (a) For all time worked on Sundays and Holidays, except as otherwise provided in Section 2(b) of this Article, the employee shall be reimbursed at the rate of one and one-half (1½) times the regular rate of wages.
Sundays & Holidays. Any custodian who works on a Sunday or holiday will be paid double time (2 X Hourly rate) for the time worked on those days. Boiler checks on Sundays or Holidays do not qualify for double time pay.
Sundays & Holidays. (a) For all hours worked on Sunday, the workers shall be reimbursed at the rate of one and one-half (1 ½) times the base rate of wages. For all hours worked on the Holidays listed in this Agreement, the workers shall re reimbursed at two (2) times the base rate of wages.
Sundays & Holidays. (A) The following shall be recognized as paid holidays and all em- ployees shall be paid eight (8) hours’ straight time pay therefore: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, the day before Christmas Day, Christmas Day, and two (2) personal holidays as defined in (B) below, irrespective of the day on which the holiday falls.
Sundays & Holidays. If the last or appointed day for the taking of any action or the expiration of any right required or granted herein shall be a Saturday or a Sunday or shall be a legal holiday in the State of California, then such action may be taken or such right may be exercised on the next succeeding day not a legal holiday.
Sundays & Holidays. An employee who is assigned to perform work associated with a permit shall be paid two (2) times his/her current hourly rate for non-District sponsored events and shall be paid time and one-half for District sponsored events should the permit hours occur on a Sunday or a Holiday. An employee shall not be entitled to work a permit on a Sunday or a Holiday if s/he was on vacation or sick leave that Friday unless no other Safety & Security employee is able to perform said work. The permit, attached as Appendix E to this agreement, shall provide the start time and end time, though bargaining unit members shall be paid for actual hours worked.
