Sunday to Saturday inclusive. (b) An employee with 28 or more years seniority may elect not to be assigned scheduled weekend work, but where there are not sufficient employees to do the scheduled work required during the weekend, it may be assigned to employees with 28 or more years' seniority in reverse order of seniority within an occupation.
Sunday to Saturday inclusive. In no weeks shall an employee be scheduled less than sixty-four (64) hours in a two (2) week period. At no time shall the employer schedule less than twenty eight (28) hours in one week unless in circumstances of sudden emergency or circumstances beyond control of the Employer arise. These hours are not exclusive of overtime. Any reduction of the guarantee of hours will be paid in lieu of work. This pay would include any statutory holiday pay. Any employee who is absent or turns down work will have their guarantee of hours reduced by the same amount of hours that were missed or turned down. Compressed Work Week While the company is working under a compressed work week, the following work schedule shall apply.
