Sums Due. In addition to any other payments required pursuant to this Service Agreement, in the event of a termination of this Services Agreement, the Service Provider shall be entitled to the immediate payment of, and the Receiving Party shall within three Business Days pay to the Service Provider, all accrued amounts for Services, Taxes and other amounts due under this Services Agreement as of the date of termination.
