Summer Schedule. The summer vacation period shall extend from the beginning of the calendar week in which June 15th falls to the end of the calendar week in which September 15th falls. Requests for vacation during the summer vacation period submitted after the summer vacation schedule has been posted shall be approved on a first come, first served basis provided that the granting of such requests does not result in additional cost and/or interfere with bona fide operational requirements.
