Common use of Summer Help Clause in Contracts

Summer Help. Employees working in Summer Programs will be paid based on the Summer Salary Schedule. This schedule includes a 3% increase in addition to the current Classified Salary Schedule. An employee working within their current classification will be placed at the same Step during the Summer Program as he/she would receive during that fiscal year.
