TERMS OF LEASE This lease shall be for a term of two (2) school semesters beginning on the 20th day of August 2021 and terminating without notice at 5:00 PM on the 20th day of May 2022. Construction of Lease This Lease has been prepared by Landlord and its professional advisors and reviewed by Tenant and its professional advisors. Landlord, Tenant, and their advisors believe that this Lease is the product of all their efforts, that it expresses their agreement, and agree that it shall not be interpreted in favor of either Landlord or Tenant or against either Landlord or Tenant merely because of their efforts in preparing it.
Mortgage Schedules The Seller from time to time shall provide the Purchaser with certain information constituting a preliminary listing of the Mortgage Loans to be purchased on each Closing Date in accordance with the related Purchase Price and Terms Agreement and this Agreement (each, a "Preliminary Mortgage Schedule"). The Seller shall deliver the related Mortgage Loan Schedule for the Mortgage Loans to be purchased on a particular Closing Date to the Purchaser at least five (5) Business Days prior to the related Closing Date. The related Mortgage Loan Schedule shall be the related Preliminary Mortgage Schedule with those Mortgage Loans which have not been funded prior to the related Closing Date deleted.
Memorandum of Lease Lessor and Lessee shall promptly upon the request of either enter into a short form memorandum of this Lease, in form suitable for recording under the laws of the State in which reference to this Lease, and all options contained herein, shall be made. Lessee shall pay all costs and expenses of recording such memorandum of this Lease.

After the date of termination, this Lease shall automatically renew and shall continue for the same term amount until Landlord or Tenant undertake cancellation of this Lease in writing.
