Common use of Summary Dismissal Clause in Contracts

Summary Dismissal. Notwithstanding the provisions of this clause, the Company has the right to dismiss any employee without notice for conduct that justifies instant dismissal, and in such cases the wages shall be paid up to the time of dismissal only.
