Summary Data Clause Samples
Summary Data. During the term of this Agreement, Introgen will supply Corixa with summary data pertaining to research, development and uses of the Licensed Technology, including, without limitation, the Licensed Products, in the Field. The type and frequency of the disclosure of such summary data shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties. Such summary data shall be considered Confidential Information of Introgen under Section 8 of this Agreement.
Summary Data. 2.1.1 The total eligible expenditure of the Project will not exceed 1 449 659 EUR and is formed by the sum of:
a) Direct expenditure per point 2.6 of this article,
b) In-kind contributions per par.
Summary Data. The Website may sell or transfer non-individualized information, such as summary or aggregated anonymous information about all persons or sub-groups of persons.
Summary Data. 2.1.1 The Total Eligible Costs of the Project shall not exceed EUR 2,500,000.
2.1.2 The Project Grant shall not exceed EUR 2,500,000.
2.1.3 Non-eligible expenditures of the Project are EUR 0.
2.1.4 Project Grant Rate shall not exceed 100%.
2.1.5 Project Co-financing from own resources shall not exceed EUR 0.
