Sulphur. A sulphur premium or penalty shall be applied to both Dotiki and Patiki coal at the rate of $****** per ton for each ******% below ******% or above ******% sulphur as the case may be, fractions pro rata, measured as a monthly weighted average, up to a maximum of ******% sulphur. No premium or penalty will be applied to coal ranging between ******% and ******% sulphur. If requested by Seller and approved by Buyer, Seller may ship coal with a sulphur content in excess of ******% on a monthly weighted average basis, and an additional penalty of $****** per ton shall be applied for each ******% above ******%, fractions pro rata. These premiums or penalties shall be applied on a monthly weighted average basis to all tonnage shipped from all sources.”

Sulphur. • This review has shown that the total (haulm and tuber) uptake and removal (tubers) of sulphur is c. 8 % that of nitrogen. However, these data are from a relatively small sample of experimental crops and the data were collected in the late 1990s. Similar data are needed from contemporary, commercial crops.• Experimental data are also needed to relate environmental factors (e.g. soil texture, organic matter content, use of organic manures, proximity to industrial/urban centres etc.) to the probability of yield/quality responses to S containing fertilisers.

  • Minerals Without the prior written consent of Huntington, there shall be no drilling or exploring for, or extraction, removal, or production of, minerals from the surface or subsurface of the Property. The term "minerals" as used herein shall include, without limitation, oil, gas, casinghead gas, coal, lignite, hydrocarbons, methane, carbon dioxide, helium, uranium and all other natural elements, compounds and substances, including sand and gravel.

  • Fuel The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 per litre (which includes a service component).

  • Waste Borrower shall not commit or suffer any waste of the Property or make any change in the use of the Property which will in any way materially increase the risk of fire or other hazard arising out of the operation of the Property, or take any action that might invalidate or give cause for cancellation of any Policy, or do or permit to be done thereon anything that may in any way impair the value of the Property or the security of this Security Instrument.   • Plant is any integral part of the Works that shall have a mechanical, electrical, electronic, chemical, or biological function.

  • Mold The OWNER/AGENT has inspected the unit prior to lease and knows of no damp or wet building materials and knows of no mold contamination. Resident agrees to accept full responsibility and maintain the premises in a manner that prevents the occurrence of an infestation of mold in the premises. Resident also agrees to immediately report to the OWNER/AGENT any evidence of water leaks, excessive moisture or lack of proper ventilation and evidence of mold that cannot be removed by cleaning.
