Common use of Suite Clause in Contracts

Suite. The Manager hereby agrees to provide to the Resident occupancy of a single or shared room (the “Premises”) located in a shared unit (the “Suite”) in the building (the “Building”) on the lands (the “Lands”) currently owned by the Institution and known as “Conestoga Off-Campus Housing” for the duration of the Term (as defined below), subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, along with the non-exclusive right to use the common areas located within: (i) the Suite, including the bathrooms, living space and kitchen; and (ii) the Building, including the laundry room. The number of residents occupying the Suite shall vary according to the Suite assigned to the Resident. The Resident acknowledges and agrees that the Premises, the Suite, the Building and the Lands are being provided on an “as is, where is” basis and without any expressed or implied agreement, representation or warranty of any kind whatsoever as to condition, physical chara cteristics, the existence of latent or patent defects, any environmental matter, or quality, of the Premises, the Suite, the Building or the Lands, or any and all chattels, fixtures and improvements located therein or thereon.
