Common use of Sufficient Staffing Clause in Contracts

Sufficient Staffing. The AGENCY shall notify the COUNTY, in writing, if sufficient staff, facilities, and equipment necessary to deliver the agreed upon Services cannot be maintained. Failure to notify the COUNTY of any such deficiencies or to adequately provide the Services, may be considered grounds for termination under this Contract.
