Common use of Successors and Amendment Clause in Contracts

Successors and Amendment. a. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the Dealer Manager and the Trust and their respective successors. Nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to give to any other person any right, remedy or claim, except as otherwise specifically provided herein. Each Participating Broker-Dealer is an intended third-party beneficiary with respect to Sections 1 and 4 hereof with direct enforcement rights hereunder.
