Common use of Successor Provision Clause in Contracts

Successor Provision. 21 In the event that the American Red Cross Pacific Northwest Blood Services Region 22 shall merge, consolidate, sell its assets, be leased, or franchised or by any other means 23 enter into an agreement with another association which in whole or in part affects the 24 existing collective bargaining unit, such successor shall be bound in each and every 25 provision of this Agreement. The Employer shall notify successor organization of the 26 provisions and the existence of this contract and obligations therein.
