Common use of Successor by Merger Clause in Contracts

Successor by Merger. Any Person into which the Registered Trustee may be merged or converted or with which it may be consolidated, or any Person resulting from any merger, conversion or consolidation to which the Registered Trustee shall be a party, or any corporation to which substantially all the corporate trust business of the Registered Trustee may be Transferred, shall, subject to such Person satisfying in all respects the requirements of Section 3807 of the Trust Act, be the Registered Trustee hereunder without further act.
