Successor and Additional Trustees. The right, title and interest of the Trustee in and to the Trust Estate shall also vest in a successor and additional Trustee upon its qualification, and it shall thereupon have all the right and obligations of Trustee hereunder. Such right, title and interest shall vest in the Trustee whether or not conveying documents have been executed and delivered pursuant to Section 5.03 or otherwise.
Successor and Additional Trustees. The rights of the Trustees to control and exclusively administer the Trust and to have the titles to the Trust Property drawn up in their names and all other rights of the Trustees at law shall vest automatically in all persons who may hereafter become Trustees upon their due election or appointment and qualification without any further act and they shall thereupon have all the rights, privileges, powers, obligations and immunities of Trustees hereunder.
