Successful Applicant. The successful applicant for a permanent full-time vacancy will fill the vacancy in accordance with the effective date listed on the posting, per Article 12.02, unless there are circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Employer. The successful applicant for a temporary full-time vacancy will fill the vacancy in accordance with the effective date listed on the posting per Article 12.02, unless there are circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Employer.
