Common use of Subversion, Disruption or Interference Clause in Contracts

Subversion, Disruption or Interference. s24 At no time during the term hereof and for a period of five (5) years beyond the termination of this Agreement, shall Executive, directly or indirectly, interfere, induce, influence, combine or conspire with, or attempt to induce, influence, combine or conspire with, any of the employees or sponsors of, or consultants to, the Corporation to terminate their relationship with or compete or ally against the Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates of the Corporation in the business in which the Corporation or any one of its subsidiaries or affiliates is presently engaged or in which the Corporation or any one of its subsidiaries or affiliates desires to engage in the future.
