Section 2.22(b) of the Disclosure Schedule lists the ten (10) largest suppliers of the Business, on the basis of cost of goods or services purchased for the most recently-completed fiscal year. Except as disclosed in Section 2.22(c) of the Disclosure Schedule, no such customer or supplier has ceased or materially reduced its purchases from, use of the services of, sales to or provision of services to the Business since the Quarterly Financial Statement Date, or to the Knowledge of Seller, has threatened to cease or materially reduce such purchases, use, sales or provision of services after the date hereof.
