Substantial Customers. Section 3.29 of the Disclosure Schedule lists the twenty (20) largest customers of the Company, on the basis of revenues for goods sold or services provided for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2000. Except as disclosed in Section 3.29 of the Disclosure Schedule, no such customer or supplier has ceased or materially reduced its purchases from, use of the services of, or sales or provision of services to the Company since the Balance Sheet Date, or to the Knowledge of Parent and Seller, has threatened to cease or materially reduce such purchases, use, sales or provision of services after the date hereof.
Substantial Customers. Section 2.17 of the Disclosure Schedule lists the 20 largest customers of the Products on the basis of revenues for goods sold or services provided for the most recently-completed fiscal year. Except as disclosed in Section 2.17 of the Disclosure Schedule, to the knowledge of Seller, no such customer is threatened with imminent bankruptcy or insolvency.
