Substantial Completion Inspection. The Consultant will participate in substantial and final completion inspections. The Consultant will prepare and maintain a punch list of items requiring completion or correction. The Consultant will make recommendations to the City regarding acceptance of the work based upon the results of the final inspection. Consultant anticipates that each design discipline will attend two (2) site visit inspections. Each site visit will include labor, travel expenses, and vehicle mileage.
