Subsidiaries, Etc. (a) The obligations of the Company under this Agreement may be satisfied by any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company for which Executive serves as an employee under this Agreement, to the extent such obligations relate to Executive's employment by such subsidiary or affiliate.
