SUBSEQUENT MEETINGS. (a) Subject to paragraph 5.3(b) the CEO shall be responsible for convening meetings. (b) At the first meeting, or at any subsequent meeting, the Co-operative Management Committee shall decide the venue for the subsequent meeting or meetings.
