Common use of Subsequent Employment Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Employment. During the Restricted Period, if the Executive is offered employment or the opportunity to enter into any business activity, whether as owner, investor, executive, manager, employee, independent consultant, contractor, advisor or otherwise, the Executive will inform the offeror of the existence of Sections 9 and 10 of this Agreement and provide the offeror a copy thereof. The Executive authorizes the Company to provide a copy of the relevant provisions of this Agreement to any of the Persons described in this paragraph and to make such Persons aware of the Executive’s obligations under this Agreement.

Subsequent Employment. During the Restricted Period, if the Executive is offered employment or the opportunity to enter into any a business activityactivity that could violate the non-compete language in this Agreement, whether as owner, investor, executive, manager, employee, independent consultant, contractor, advisor or otherwise, the Executive will inform the offeror of the existence of Sections 9 and 10 of this Agreement and provide the offeror a copy thereof. The Executive authorizes the Company to provide a copy of the relevant provisions of this Agreement to any of the Persons described in this paragraph and to make such Persons aware of the Executive’s obligations under this Agreement.

Subsequent Employment. During the Restricted Period, if the Executive is offered employment or the opportunity to enter into any business activity, whether as owner, investor, executive, manager, employee, independent consultant, contractor, advisor or otherwise, then prior to entering into any definitive agreement with the offeror, the Executive will inform the offeror of the existence of Sections 8 and 9 and 10 of this Agreement and provide the offeror a copy thereof. The Executive authorizes the Company to provide a copy of the relevant provisions of this Agreement to any of the Persons described in this paragraph and to make such Persons aware of the Executive’s obligations under this Agreement.

The Executive authorizes the Company to provide a copy of the relevant provisions of this Agreement to any of the Persons described in this paragraph and to make such Persons aware of the Executive’s obligations under this Agreement.

During the Restricted Period, if the Executive is offered employment or the opportunity to enter into any business activity, whether as owner, investor, executive, manager, employee, independent consultant, contractor, advisor or otherwise, the Executive will inform the offeror of the existence of Sections 8 and 9 and 10 of this Agreement and provide the offeror a copy thereof. During If, during the Restricted Period, if the Executive is offered employment or the opportunity to enter into any business activity, whether as owner, investor, executive, manager, employee, independent consultant, contractor, advisor or otherwise, the Executive will inform the offeror of the existence of Sections 9 4, 5, 6, 7 and 10 of this Agreement 9, and provide the offeror a copy thereof. The Executive authorizes the Company to provide a copy of the relevant provisions of this Agreement to any of the Persons described in this paragraph Section 19 and to make such Persons aware of the Executive’s obligations under this Agreement.
