Subsequent Employment Protocol. During your employment and for twelve (12) months after termination of your employment if you are a vice president or above or for six (6) months after termination of your employment if you are a director, prior to accepting employment with any person or entity, you will provide your prospective employer with a copy of this Agreement, including the Restrictive Covenants set forth in this Exhibit A. Additionally, at least seven (7) days before accepting subsequent employment, you will notify the Company of your prospective employer’s name, address and telephone number, and a description of the job duties for which you are being considered.
