Subsequent Employment Protocol. During the Participant’s employment and for 12 months after termination of the Participant’s employment, prior to accepting employment with any person or entity, the Participant will provide the Participant’s prospective employer with a copy of this Agreement, which includes the Participant Obligations. Additionally, at least 7 days before accepting subsequent employment, the Participant will notify the Company of the Participant’s prospective employer’s name, address and telephone number, and a description of the job duties and geographic location for which the Participant is being considered.
