Common use of Subsequent Documents Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Documents. Any provision in this Lease expressly requiring that Tenant or Landlord execute any estoppel certificate, SNDA or other document, is subject to the requirements that, except as provided in this Lease or otherwise agreed to, no such estoppel certificate, SNDA or other document shall (i) effect (or purport to effect) either (x) any diminution of Tenant’s or Landlord’s rights provided for in this Lease, or (y) any increase in Tenant’s or Landlord’s obligations provided for in this Lease, or (ii) impose any additional liability or costs upon Tenant or Landlord beyond that contemplated by this Lease; and any statements contained in any estoppel certificate regarding Lease defaults or breaches shall be limited to the actual knowledge of the signing representative.
