Common use of Subscription for Shares Clause in Contracts

Subscription for Shares. Based upon the terms and representations of this Agreement given by each party to the other, the Subscriber hereby irrevocably subscribes for and agrees to purchase 1,000,000 (one million) Shares of the Company, at a subscription price of US$ 0.45 per Share (Fourty Five US Cents per Share), for aggregate consideration of U.S. $450,000 (Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand US Dollars) (the “Subscription Price”).

Subscription for Shares. Based upon the terms and representations of this Agreement given by each party to the other, the Subscriber hereby irrevocably subscribes for and agrees to purchase 1,000,000 7,980,000 (one millionSeven Million Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand) Shares of the Company, at a subscription price of US$ 0.45 per Share (Fourty Five US Cents 0.50 per Share), for aggregate consideration of U.S. $450,000 (Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand US DollarsThree Million Euros) 3,000,000 Euros (3,990,000 USD at today’s rate of 1USD=1.33EUR) (the “Subscription Price”).

Subscription for Shares. Based upon the terms and representations of this Agreement given by each party to the other, the Subscriber hereby irrevocably subscribes for and agrees to purchase 1,000,000 (one million) Shares of the Company____________Shares, at a subscription price of US$ 0.45 per Share (Fourty Five US Cents US$0.0008 up to .005 per Share), for aggregate consideration of U.S. $450,000 (Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand US Dollars) ________________ (the “Subscription Price”).

Subscription for Shares. Based upon the terms and representations of this Agreement given by each party to the other, the Subscriber hereby irrevocably subscribes for and agrees to purchase 1,000,000 (one million) Shares of the CompanyShares, at a subscription price of US$ 0.45 per Share (Fourty Five US Cents US$0.10 per Share), for aggregate consideration of U.S. $450,000 (Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand US Dollars) $ (the “"Subscription Price”").

Subscription for Shares. Subscription for Shares. Based upon the terms and representations of this Agreement given by each party to the other, the Subscriber hereby irrevocably subscribes for and agrees to purchase 1,000,000 (one million) Shares of the Company4,400,000 Shares, at a subscription price of US$ 0.45 per Share (Fourty Five US Cents US$0.015 per Share), for aggregate consideration of U.S. $450,000 (Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand US Dollars) 66,000 (the “Subscription Price”).
