The new parameters of Subscription shall become effective immediately upon confirmation by JetBrains.\n(b) Subscriber shall not, and will make sure that Users do not:\n(i) modify, alter, tamper with, repair, or otherwise create derivative works of Service or associated Software (except to the extent Software or any or its parts are provided to Subscriber under a separate license that expressly permits the creation of derivative works);\n(ii) reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile Service or apply any other process or procedure to derive the source code of Service or associated Software;\n(iii) use Service in a way intended to avoid incurring fees or exceeding the limitations outlined in the Subscription Confirmation limits;\n(iv) use Service to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material, or to store or transmit material in violation of third-party privacy or copyrights;\n(v) attempt to gain unauthorized access to Service or to Hosting System; or\n(vi) provide access to Service or right to use Service to a third party.\n(c) Subscriber shall be responsible for:\n(i) Users\u2019 compliance with this Agreement. If Subscriber becomes aware of any violation of Subscriber\u2019s obligations under this Agreement by a User, Subscriber shall immediately terminate such User\u2019s rights to use Service;\n(ii) the legality of Subscriber\u2019s Data and of the means by which Subscriber acquired Subscriber\u2019s Data. Subscriber acknowledges that Company exercises no control over the content of the information transmitted by Subscriber or the Permitted Users through the Software. Subscriber and its Permitted Users shall not upload, post, reproduce or distribute any information, Software or other material protected by copyright, privacy rights, or any other intellectual property right without first obtaining the permission of the owner of such rights. Unauthorized Use; False Information: Subscriber and its Permitted Users shall: (i) notify Company immediately of any unauthorized use of any password or user id or any other known or suspected breach of security, (ii) report to Company immediately and use reasonable efforts to stop any unauthorized use of the Subscription that is known or suspected by Subscriber, and (iii) not provide false identity information to gain access to the Software or use the Subscription. Access: Subscriber shall be solely liable for the usage of the Software and the Subscription by all Permitted Users and shall indemnify and save harmless Company from and against any claims in relation to usage of the Software and the Subscription by such Permitted Users. System requirements: Subscriber acknowledges that, for accessing and use of the Software and the Subscription, the Permitted Users may be required to use one or more compatible devices, internet services and certain software and may require obtaining updates or upgrades of the Software from time to time. Because the access and use of the Subscription involves hardware, software, and internet access, Subscriber\u2019s ability to access and use of the Subscription may be affected by the performance of these factors.
