Common use of Subrogation Waiver Clause in Contracts

Subrogation Waiver. Lessor and Lessee each herewith and hereby release and relieve the other and waive its entire right of recovery against the other for loss or damage arising out of or incident to the perils of fire, explosion or any other perils described in the "all risk" insurance endorsement approved for use in the state in which the Premises are situated which occurs in, on or about the Premises, whether due to the negligence of either party, their agents, employees or otherwise.

Subrogation Waiver.
