Subpoenas Directed to API. Where BellSouth is providing to API telecommunications services for resale or providing to API the local switching function, then API agrees that in those cases where API receives subpoenas or court ordered requests regarding targeted telephone numbers belonging to API end users, and where API does not have the requested information, API will advise the law enforcement agency initiating the request to redirect the subpoena or court ordered request to BellSouth for handling in accordance with 7.1 above.
