Common use of Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries Clause in Contracts

Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries. 2.9.2.1 C.M. may obtain LMU information by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a Manual LMUSI. Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if C.M. needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, C.M. may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment.

Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries. 2.9.2.1 C.M. JCM may obtain LMU information by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a Manual LMUSI. Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if C.M. JCM needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, C.M. JCM may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment.

Conextel needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, C.M. Conextel may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment.

Think 12 needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, C.M. Think 12 may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment.

MyLineToo needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, C.M. MyLineToo may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment.

NOW needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, C.M. NOW may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry SI for a separate nonrecurring NRC charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment.

Telson needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, C.M. Telson may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment.

Knology needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, C.M. Knology may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment.

Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if C.M. InterGlobe needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, C.M. InterGlobe may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment.

Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries. 2.9.2.1 C.M. Grande may obtain LMU information by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a Manual LMUSI. Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if C.M. Grande needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, C.M. Grande may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment.

Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries. 2.9.2.1 C.M. BAK may obtain LMU information by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a Manual LMUSI. Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if C.M. BAK needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, C.M. BAK may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment.

Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries. 2.9.2.1 C.M. BroadRiver may obtain LMU information by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a Manual LMUSI. Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if C.M. BroadRiver needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, C.M. BroadRiver may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment.

Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries. 2.9.2.1 C.M. ONS may obtain LMU information by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a Manual LMUSI. Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if C.M. ONS needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, C.M. ONS may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring NRC charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment.

Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries. 2.9.2.1 C.M. COMTECH21 may obtain LMU information by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a Manual LMUSI. Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if C.M. COMTECH21 needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, C.M. COMTECH21 may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment.

Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries. 2.9.2.1 C.M. Vertex may obtain LMU information by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a Manual LMUSI. Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if C.M. Vertex needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, C.M. Vertex may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment.

Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries. 2.9.2.1 C.M. may obtain LMU information by submitting a mechanized LMU query Service Inquiry (LMUSI) mechanically or a Manual LMUSImanually. Mechanized LMUs LMUSIs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS Operational Support Systems interfaces. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU LMUSI process, if C.M. needs further Loop loop information in order to determine Loop loop service capability, C.M. may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A B of this Attachment.
