Common use of Submitting LMUSI Clause in Contracts

Submitting LMUSI. 2.9.2.1 CBX One-Stop may obtain LMU information and reserve facilities by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a manual LMUSI according to the terms and conditions as described in the LMU CLEC Information Package, incorporated herein by reference as it may be amended from time to time. The CLEC Information Package is located at the “CLEC UNE Product” Web site address: ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if CBX One-Stop needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, CBX One- Stop may initiate a separate Manual SI for a separate NRC as set forth in Exhibit A. 2.9.2.2 All LSRs issued for reserved facilities shall reference the facility reservation number as provided by BellSouth. CBX One-Stop will not be billed any additional LMU charges for the Loop ordered on such LSR. If, however, CBX One-Stop does not reserve facilities upon an initial LMUSI, CBX One-Stop’s placement of an order for an advanced data service type facility will incur the appropriate billing charges to include SI and reservation per Exhibit A.
