Common use of Submitting LMUSI Clause in Contracts

Submitting LMUSI. 2.9.2.1 Clearwave Communications may obtain LMU information and reserve facilities by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a manual LMUSI according to the terms and conditions as described in the LMU CLEC Information Package, incorporated herein by reference as it may be amended from time to time. The CLEC Information Package is located at the “CLEC UNE Product” Web site address: ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if Clearwave Communications needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, Clearwave Communications may initiate a separate Manual SI for a separate NRC as set forth in Exhibit A. 2.9.2.2 All LSRs issued for reserved facilities shall reference the facility reservation number as provided by BellSouth. Clearwave Communications will not be billed any additional LMU charges for the Loop ordered on such LSR. If, however, Clearwave Communications does not reserve facilities upon an initial LMUSI, Clearwave Communications’s placement of an order for an advanced data service type facility will incur the appropriate billing charges to include SI and reservation per Exhibit A. 2.9.2.3 Where Clearwave Communications has reserved multiple Loop facilities on a single reservation, Clearwave Communications may not specify which facility shall be provisioned when submitting the LSR. For those occasions, BellSouth will assign to Clearwave Communications, subject to availability, a facility that meets the BellSouth technical standards of the BellSouth type Loop as ordered by Clearwave Communications. 2.9.2.4 Charges for preordering manual LMUSI or mechanized LMU are separate from any charges associated with ordering other services from BellSouth.
