Common use of Submittal Schedule Clause in Contracts

Submittal Schedule. The proposed final work plan shall be submitted by the Participant no later than 45 days after this Agreement has been signed. If the work plan is to be prepared in phases, the work plan for the first phase shall be submitted no later than 45 days after this Agreement has been signed. Following completion, to the Department’s satisfaction, of the work which is the subject of the final work plan for the first phase, the Department may require submission of one or more proposed final work plans for subsequent phases.
